About Us

We didn’t set out to be butchers. In 2000, when the British pig industry was on its knees, we converted an old farm building into a butchery and learned the trade from scratch.

What started as a farm shop grew into supplying pubs and restaurants that need butchery they can rely on, day after day.

Between us, we’ve worked across farming, hospitality and butchery — so we understand the pressures from field to kitchen.
